Fortuna: Debt Bonds

Is it possible for you guys to make debt bonds easier to obtain in fortuna? Yesterday I put in 3-4 hours grinding the same mission and only got resources and rewards I did not need to reach the next title. I am currently only at the 3rd tier of standing in Fortuna and for the next tier I am required to give up both medical and advanced training bonds, but the missions would only rarely give me one after the 10th mission or so. Other player have told me to check in with Ticker but every time I go there the only thing selling is training and shelter bonds. I would wait every 3 hours if I could but I don’t have the time to constantly go to Fortuna and check.
