Matchmaking for Deimos Isolation Vault

I experienced a strange Matchmaking Bug in Deimos Isolation Vaults.

First time I entered a squad for Isolation Vault 1, I was not the host. When it came to the part where you had to defend that thingy to enter the vault door, my screen froze.....and suddenly I was alone.

Second time I entered Iso vault 2 and the same happened. 

I reloged and I was the host, one person joyned me. After entering the vault, he had a frozen screen and I was alone again. 

It is possible to do them all on your own but being in a squad is much nicer, so I would love this to be fixed. 

II never had such problems, so I guess it came up with the last update.
