SO/ESO portals are very, very delayed. Including endless pitfall during the beginning of the mission

When a SO/ ESO zone timer runs out, the portal does not immediately appears. Longest time we have to wait is around 40-45 seconds. Happens either im the host or the client.

And your character sometimes fell down outside the map before entering the 1st zone. /unstuck won't help. Happened to me several times and my friend once.

 

Issues exists since probably months ago but its getting WORSE.

Had this issue a couple of times as well, it seems like a host/client issue or loading/connection issue.
