Getting host migration often and death not respawning

For the past few days ive been getting random host migrations and then being put into my own lobby. Previously I was able to continue the mission but today i was sent into a room by myself died and lost the credits ive earned from the first wave of high end index with this death bug where I did not respawn. I had to abort the mission because one the game timer ran out nothing else happened
