Switching Between operator and warframe during infestation arbitration survival hard glitches avatar

So this just happened to me for the 2nd time now at about 4:50 pm and I have repeated the bug during arbitration twice and twice in each the same way. I am surrounded by infested at least 15 mins into the mission and i switch to the operator and back to my warframe to either restore my hp with the operator arcane or I am blinding them with the madurai skill. Then my avatar just is unable to do anything but run. I can't talk to let my team know that I can't do anything, I can't jump, or attack. So I run around trying to hit any button to fix it or try to switch back to the operator, which I can't and nothing works until I die and am revived or the mission ends.

+!, really annoying bug, have even sent EE logs to DE in hopes of a response but they told me though luck. This is also super common in eidolons where you can get one shotted or get knocked down constantly.
