Soft locked actions in Eidolon hunt. This maybe posted a lot. Apologies in advance.

I have noticed this has happened to me a few times and to other players. During the hunt for some random reason,  you will not be able to use abilities, guns, sprint or any equipment and are forced to die and self revive yourself to fix the problem. I am unaware how this happens, however if any other players can share what they know about this bug, please do. I thought to report this as since the three eidolons first came out I encountered this bug and still till this day it has happened.
