So we were doing an extermination mission on Venus for our Sisters of Parvos. We approached extraction and my friend’s Sister spawned. After that, I didn’t want to drag him through another Venus mission so I used a Requiem Ultimatum to spawn mine… and my Sister did not spawn, despite the fact that we clearly saw the beacon plop on the ground. For context, after my friend’s Sister was stabbed and left, I used the ultimatum and the other two randoms in the squad sat on extraction. My Sister had plenty of time to spawn and yet it didn’t. I understand the context of the events could’ve caused my Sister to not spawn. This is perfectly fine. However, if you use a Requiem Ultimatum and your lich/Sister does not spawn for whatever reason, I think it would be VERY wise for the Ultimatum to be refunded.
