Teleporting wrong location

I am in the game, when I fall down or enter the restricted area of the game. Usually the game will teleport the player to the last position, but I often have the problem that the game teleports me to the position at the start of the game. And it would be bad if the quest location was 1000m. Anyone having the same problem as me? I don't have this problem often, but when I do, I get extremely frustrated because I have to travel a long distance to get to the quest location. ('m not good at English so I use google translate.)
