All you people think to traditionally.

think this way, we don't have any slug cannon shotgun with 100% AOE knock down with 20 meter radius damage(same as the heavy impact mod) in addition to the damage dealt with normal and also high critical chance of 30% to compensate for low "magazine size" and to top it off add an exclusive mod and call it WARHEAD(with different varieties of the mod) a mod  that makes the shells create environmental hazards like fire fields burn for long(revenge against the napalms, electro fields for robots to fry them for long and freeze fields to kill shields for long(same goes to shield ospreys damn them all). and I do mean: make an ultimate crowd control double barrel shotgun!

IN SHORT SHOTGUNS ARE ABOUT AMMO VERIATY AND RAW POWER THAT COMPINSATE FOR LOW AMMO RESERVE!.(BY MASS CROWD CONTROL(THINK OF THE INFESTED AND THE ANOYING KNOCK DOWNS, ITS TIME FOR REVENGE AGAINST THE HEAVIES!)

yeah another important note is not only there is no damage over distance falloff the environmental hazards you make don't hurt you and maybe it would be an innate effect and the mod WARHEAD would just enhance it further like greater duration, greater damage over time, or even an added effect. one thing for sure it would be the most ammo efficient mass crowd control weapon to date.

Update 11 package I guess. Fixes, buff/nerf(Armor 2.0) > New content right now.

 

Don't want to be sad to supercharge something when Armor 2.0 comes out. A lot of weapons will probably have changes on damage.

Does anyone know if this shotgun will have beyond awfull recoil?

 

Will it use one or both barrels for each shot?

 

one thing i wonder about is.. why isnt it named SxS (side by side) but double - barreled, the design has already been chosen for it? 

 

Maybe a suggestion is to have it renamed to Tenno SxS shotgun?

 

Will the  future corpus shotgun have one or two barrels?

Because its a double barreled breach break shotgun. It is named classically, not by american naming policies

However i believe there are two Double barreled shotgun designs, the SxS (side by side) and the O/U (over / under) .   also in breach-action shotguns you got the Combination Shotgun (most common is two shotgun barrels side by side and a rifle barrel underneath) , but its irrelevant.  What is relevant though is that the design is strictly a classical side by side.

also its american naming policies, but international as far as i know.

 

however i guess its most famed under the "double barrelled" name.. but wouldn't it be better to increase ppls knowledge by having it named SxS as well as making it more correct?
