After killing sister, do I get kick outside corpus ship

Ive been killing my sister on corpus ship and its the 3rd time when I kill her I get kick outside the ship while doing the kill. I end up in my archwing outside while everyone is still inside. When thy get to extract point it shows that Im at the beginning of map And everyone has to wait for the time to run out to get back on the ship. I cant join them , because I cant get back onboard corpus ship. Its annoying not just for me , but the people I play with. Hope you guys can fix this bug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
