After Recent Update Dx9 + Multithreaded = Worsen

Before the recent update you made to DX9 + Multi-Threaded my game ran smoothly. Now it just stutters about every 5 minutes. The whole game screen is frozen but sound is still playing. This is really ruining my Warframe Experience. Tried DX9 Without Multi-Threaded. Wow. You won't believe the amount of stutters.

 

I tried DX11. It didn't stutter but with the side effect of less FPS then DX9. DX9 + Multithreaded = 60 FPS. Stuck every 5 minutes. (Stuck at 0 FPS) DX9 without Multi-threaded = 47 FPS. Stuck every 2 minutes. DX11 = 49 FPS No Stuck Incident.
