Operator's ephemeral does not appear in some missions and some cut scenes of cinematic quests

So, with the New War coming i noticed some issues with my operator's ephemeral, sometimes i can see the ephemeral but most of the time can't see it, but my friends do, so i repeat some of the cinematic quests, and indeed sometimes appear my ephemeral and sometimes it doesn't , i'm spanish so i apologize if i have made some grammar mistakes :v
The ephemeral is Zarina ephemeral

Can confirm, this was working fine until relatively recently but now the ephemera sometimes doesn't appear, apparently at random
