(Help) Texturing issue in substance painter

So I am working on my first tennogen atempt right now and I finally got to the point where I want to do my baking and all that. However, after doing all my bakes I am left with very jagged and rough edges between color zones defined in my ID map. After doing a ton of searching I honestly cant figure out what is causing this. My ID mask from Zbrush has decently crisp lines, but in substance painter they seem to be very low rez. Does anyone know how I might fix this and or what might be causing it? I've already tried up rezing the whole project and just that map itself to no avail.
