Controller - Unable to Access Gear Wheel | Update 30.7

After update 30.7 launched, I've had the complete inability to access my gear wheel using my config on controller. When I press my button (back/select), the gear wheel instead VERY RAPIDLY fades in and out, and I cannot select anything. This obviously does not allow me to choose any gear needed for missions such as Plague Star, or traversal with K-Drives, Archwing, or Necramechs.

Even after restarting my computer, repairing my devices, and switching the configs/controller bindings to default, this issue is still present regardless.

I have no idea if anyone else had this issue, but I figured I'd drop it here and hope that it can get fixed sometime soon.
