Eilibex Posted September 22, 2021 Share Posted September 22, 2021 Doing a syndicate mission on Deimos I was 7/8 for the Steel Meridian insignias for that run when I spotted one of them behind the doors to a locked room (Doors stayed open when I was nearby, but couldn't enter) that that was clearly one of the rooms used for enemy spawns.
