[Material Bug] Mip-Maps not being aliased

I don't know if it's an automatic optimization when running the game at 50 percent resolution scaling (aimilar to dithering and volumetrics)

 

but any settings I put, the mip-maps jump is always sharp ... when even wt 2x antialiasing it should be smooth.

 

If it's the same problem I know of, it's the normal texture giving problems.

 

It happened when I manually tried to set the Sampler setting (linear/closest/smart) in the shader itself, instead of letting the engine decide.
