And I do not have the elite crew members available to me through ticker. I have played several days since doing this rank up so restarting the game is not a fix. Pls advise. I had to perform. Several kinds of xbox voodoo and got access to the elite crew. However still no achievement and I don't see that ever getting resolved. Basically after 8 Years of dedicated play this one achievement has now become a massive roadblock to ever seeing 100% in this game. I'm just just slightly heartbroken.
