Dojo Architect

I have 398 available capacity & 96 available energy. In a section of my dojo I have an Inspirational Hall as the center piece set up as such:

Bottom left - Ventkids’ Bash Lab

Bottom right - Tenno Lab

Top left - Junno Water Garden 

Now here’s my issue. When building a Vosen Water Garden at top right it says, “insufficient space.” This looks like a bug to me as neither the Tenno lab nor the Ventkids’ Lab, both comparable in size, conflict with the build perimeters of either water garden, both gardens are the same size, but I can build a garden parallel to Ventkids’ Lab and not the Tenno Lab. There’s plenty of space all around when looking at the map so it visually doesn’t make since for why one works and the other doesn’t.
