[Bug] Amar's Anguish mod doesn't seem to work

When I was replacing Speed drift (+12% sprint speed) with Anar's Anguish &+15% sprint speed), I noticed that my total sprint speed went down instead of up, which I thought was weird. I put both mods on, but it was as if it was only Speed drift instead of both mods. I thought it just might be a visual bug, so I had a completely modless build sprint for 10 seconds out in the plains and did the same with just Amar's Anguish, and using waypoints I found out that it was tge sane speed. I don't know if this is just a problem that I'm having, but I thought I'd share in case anyone else is experiencing the same thing. I also made a reddit post about the issue, which can be found here:
