Movement and Control Problems

In my operator form. Whenever I leave my Warframe it does this battle stance whenever it has a amp equipped on his arm. But I hardly use amp weapons. And I can’t fire a void beam with the right trigger button unless I move the operator. Also whenever I replay the new war by choosing the operator. When I start climbing the tower to enter the final showdown my Warframe moves one it’s own like it’s running but moves forward very slowly. And I find that annoying.
