Nihil Fight - Nihil stuck in incorrect facing/orientation

On my most recent replay of the Nihil fight (today, 3/13/22) I noticed some odd behavior. It appears Nihil is not rotating to face the player properly - I spent half of the fight with him facing away from me and swiping at empty platforms. The stuck facing persists even when he teleports, leading to him being located on the edge of the arena but facing out away from the player. Unfortunately I did not think to gather any screenshots or video until after I had finished the fight and spent my only replay token - if I can gather some the next time it comes up in the Nightwave store I will post them here. If anyone else sees this and can reproduce, please chime in!
