Protovyre Apex Armor Still Not In Inbox After A Week Of Completing Challenge

I was scrolling through the forums and I saw where other people were having this issue, but I wasn't sure if it was resolved or not. I am a PS5 player and  I completed the challenge (kill 375 sentients) to get the Protovyre Apex Armor pieces but it never came to my inbox. I waited about a week or so now and still no armor has shown up in my inbox. When will I get the Protovyre Apex Armor in my inbox? Is this armor still bugged as far as receiving it?
