Weapon and then Warframe stats

When I go to my arsenal and look at my stats for my weapons and I traded for the soma prime and used a forma for it since i maxed it out and then saw how with no mods it does 3 damage? gun does 3 damage with no mods, but when I put mods like “serration” with +105% damage and “piercing caliber” of +40% puncture, yet the damage says its 7.1? When I check my Warframe to see my stats it says i have only 124 health and 204 shield but the thing is it has full of mods and i have not changed anything to which i know my stats should have been 800 something shield and 400 something health? Im just wondering if its just a bug from the update and when will y’all be able to fix this problem because i can’t play any missions since i do so little damage and have so little health even though i have mods, also how the base stats with no mods seem to be really low?
