Judgment point requirement for Kela De Thaym

Now I'm not one to usually come and complain about stuff in Warframe, but.... Judgment points feel kind of pointless and like unnecessary extra layer added to fight Kela De Thaym. I wouldn't mind if Arena itself weren't boring to do. Why can't Arena missions be more like Ratchet and Clank's Arenas where you have circle area and enemies spawn as waves and have couple arena bosses? Doing arena feels like slog because there's only two enemies in a map which needs to be killed 25 times.
