[Fixed] [English] Capitalized faction in Alerts and Void Fissures windows

When opening the Navigation and choosing a mission from "Alerts" or "Void Fissures", the missions have got a corresponding faction; the faction "OROKIN" is written capitalized while "Grineer" and "Corpus" are not.
