Cursor element is blurry

I know all the fancy graphics need to be toned down for Switch but this is a step too far! 😅

 

Changing the cursor UI in the settings will temporarily return the high quality cursor until the next loading screen. Loading into a mission or social hub loads the low quality blurry one. Size of the cursor does not matter but it is obviously more noticeable the larger it is.

Steps to recreate: just load or reload the game. Go to a mission or a social area or the orbiter and the cursor will be blurry.

Game is stored on SD card (Samsung Evo Select 512 GB). I have tried higher and lower quality settings from what is available in the Video menu to no avail.
