Syndicate Sigil automatically un-equip everytime exit loadout

i login and saw my sigil missing on my warframe, so i try to go to loadout and re-equip it and when i do that, i exit the loadout and automatically un-equip on it's own. I did it so many times that it wont stay on still, so i wont be able to level up my syndicate without the sigil.
