At the beginning of this bounty, you get a message and the subtitles read: "The Quills say some high up Commander is here to inspect the troops. Sent by the Queens they say. So, send the Queens a message their troops are not welcome near Cetus." The grammar of the last sentence is a bit mixed up, possibly because the sentence is split up into two different portions shown consecutively on the screen. I propose to insert a colon in the sentence: "So, send the Queens a message: their troops are not welcome near Cetus."
