MAX Arcanes Trickery and Ultimatum rarely procing with Ash's Bladestorm

Both of the arcanes are MAXED but they aren't procing with Ash's Bladestorm. Ultimatum is supposed to proc 100% of the time when an enemy is killed by finishers (not counting Bladestorm's bleed) Trickery has the same rules except it procs 15% of the time when MAXED. But after the recent patch that gave Playstation the steel path rewards for the Zarimon missions, these arcanes have not been working properly. They vary rarely proc with Bladestorm, but they are still consistent with regular stealth finishers.
