Aim-gliding With Melee Has Stopped Working

Seemingly, no one else I know has gone through this, but there's this annoying glitch where I can't aim glide or block with my melee anymore. To use a zaw now, I have to do the usual command that zaws are required to do but also aim with a gun and then swing the melee. Is this a glitch, or is the game forcing me to use Dexterity arcanes?  And one more note, there's another glitch done only in hydron, sedna where you use transferrence too quickly and glitch your warframe into moving in place with only the camera aiming actually letting you move anywhere. You can't use any weapons, or transferrence/warframe abilties when like this either. The only way you can get out of it is by waiting out the mission or letting the enemy kill you. It's very annoying.

not sure if it works on PS, but i got the same problem here on PC (cannot do exodia contagion like i used to)
temporary fix is go to accessibility options and toggle on "hold to aim weapon"
