just wait tell the updates are in sync and everyone will be able to slash, hack, and shoot together and getting help will be much easier XD but when this happens be warned if there is a Loki in your group beware the.......HELLEVATOR MUWAHAHAHAHA but seriously be wary when using elevators with a Loki in your party >:D...or just wait tell PS4 Loki's learn of switch teleports um how should i put it....hmm endless amusement at the expense of other tenno >:D

At the time PS4 players and PC players are still separated. Once cross-play with experienced PC gamers is possible, it will be certainly easier for you.

 

As a major part of PS4 community still has low level equipment, I can understand that even the first missions are hard.

One piece of advice about weapons is don't worry about what you get. In the big picture you’ll end up like others with all the amazing end of the world makers and yes you’ll find some don’t work for you but you‘ll be surprised at how some weapons that others don’t rate highly are pretty good.

A few fruits to try :-

Primary:-
Grakata –High Clip, High crit , High rate of fire
Gorgon – High Clip, High rate of fire, mod friendly
Burston – 3 shot burst, High damage, Good Range (Warning some people don’t like burst shots)

Secondary:-
Afuris – High Clip, High rate of fire, mod friendly
Kraken – High damage, built in multishot
Lex – High damage, High crit

Melee:-
Furax – Super fast charge, punching is fun ^^

In the end, it's not always down to the weapon to bring the win but sometimes the user to bring it :D
(P.s. When I say mod friendly normally throwing anything into it will just give you massive returns unlike some weapons that need to be modded in one way for a perfect game :D)

it's 330am here in SoCal, This was my 3rd attempt trying to beat Jackal solo this time.

Some guys joined me half way in on FOSSOM,

My first hand look at how him and two others took Jackal out in 2mins haha

 

Happy I was able to help out a bit. But I wasn't able to do much.

 

Not sure who the guy was but he went by the name of lance702.

He said he was streaming at the time on twitch, that's probably why everything around me looked drunk and blurry.

But I was still able to play. The PS4 handled the lag pretty well and I am on 15/5 FiOs

Congatz for beating Jackal, now you go to Earth, and eventually fight against Councilor Vay Hek (not so fun than previous bosses you have seen, he is place holder i think).

Once you have reached mastery rank 2, get yourself Orthos and Kunai/Hikou

 

For primary, I would suggest Latron. I really liked it when I was low level. Quite useful in any situation. Here's wiki page for more information

For secondary, throwing weapons are both fun and useful.

Kunai is high damage, fast weapon that ignore armor

Hikou is faster, but weaker version of Kunai. It also deals 3x damage to light infested and 1.5x damage to crawlers (excellent against infested)

For melee, Dual Heat Swords were the first weapon I crafted. They have amazing charge attack, jump attack deals fire damage, can hit 3 enemies at 1 strike. Good against infested.

Orthos. Liked it after first mission. Potatoed it immetiadely. It's heavy weapon, but more mobile than others. Very wide attacks, ideal to deal with infested groups.

Here's advice for farming Rhino. When someone in your team gets downed, do not shoot Jackal's body. While Jackal is down, it can't do anything, and it won't get up until it has taken certain amount of damage
