Growing Power does not trigger for PS4 Cliënts to PS5 Hosts

There seem to be some problems with Growing Power triggering for PS4 users when a PS5 user is the host to a party. Tested this extensively and have come up with the following findings;

PS4 host with Growing Power + PS5 cliënt without Growing Power = Both can trigger Growing Power.
PS4 cliënt with Growing Power + PS5 host without Growing Power = Both can trigger Growing Power.
PS4 host without Growing Power + PS5 cliënt with Growing Power = Both can trigger Growing Power.
PS4 cliënt without Growing Power + PS5 host with Growing Power = PS4 CANNOT trigger Growing power, PS5 can trigger Growing Power.

We have tested this with multiple other Aura mods aswell, which did not seem to yield the same results, leading us to believe the bug is limited to Growing Power.

In an attempt to eliminate possible variables we have tested all four instances with primary weapons, secondary weapons and melee weapons.
We have also tested all four instances with varying status chances on the weapons (from 25% to 100%+).

We have also tested against the possibility that this is a visual bug by measuring Warframe Strength thresholds (would Growing Power have triggered, Revenant's Mesmer Skin would have gained an additional charge / would Growing Power have triggered, Xaku's Gaze would have gone from 99% armour strip to 100% armour strip).

It is our understanding the bug is purely ps4 cliënt to ps5 host related, but we'd love additional input from other testers.
