I completed the protovyre challenges but the armor doesn’t want to evolve

So I bought the protovyre legs first and everything was fine with those, but I bought the chest plate the next day and it doesn’t want to evolve even though it says the challenge is complete. I even did the challenge again just in case it was that and still nothing.

I'm having the same issue except I recently bought the shoulder and leg armour. Bought the shoulder armour yesterday and evolved it without issue but the leg plates I bought today say that the 95/95 sentients killed challenge is completed but I haven't received the inbox message from Ordis. I saw a post in PC bugs about this same issue too posted by someone earlier this year but it seems to not have been fixed despite there being a banner saying that DE are looking into it.
