Fix Syandana placement on Frost

Tennogen round 22 part 1 came today and with it came the kuva chemtank syandana which i was really looking forward to putting on my frost. However doing a preview on the syandana made it look away too far apart from Frost. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with his skeleton or his mini backpack attached but this isn't the only syandana with the same issue. I think it'd be appreciated if such syandanas were clipped a bit closer or placed better. This is also an issue with some of the shoulder armors available in game being placed too high.

I'm sure this is an issue for many other frames and i could only wish for a feature where you can manually adjust the placement of attachments and syandanas like how you can adjust holstered weapons.
