My launcher says that my game is not in the last update

Hello, sorry for my bad english, but i have a problem my game wont open, its says that: i dont have the lasted update but i redownload the game 3 times and it still says that i dont have the update and i dont have any idea why, i even deletede the save in hope that will work but nope.So i wish that somebody can help me,Thanks.
