I've changed every single color on both the weapon and its attachments whether I equip a different arrow or not. However, every shot no matter the energy color is blood red. I get that it's Garuda's signature weapon and she is the one that makes everything bleed in a sense, but the ability to apply a more pleasing color to any Weapons energy trail has been nice since it was introduced. Is this blood trail intentional as it does look like an actual trail of blood every shot, or is this supposed to be a color customizable trail like other weapons and it's just glitched?
