Saryn looses spore stacks after falling in pits

I am not sure if this is an intended feature or a bug so this is why i am posting it here.

With the latest update i noticed that Saryn Prime (and Regular Saryn) looses half the stacks from her spores each time she falls in a pit (or off the map) and her ability resets.

So for example if you have 2000 stacks of spores you loose 1000 if you fall off a bridge.

I don't think her killing power should be limited by the ability of the player to parkour or not...
