Outdated Description on "Power Throw" Mod

There's a minor capitalization error in the Power Throw mod's description, and it's also outdated to not fit the new standard for how stacking behavior is described in other mods.

The second part of Power Throw reads "On Consecutive throw (Max stacks 3): +X% Throw Damage".
The fix to this would be "On Consecutive Throw: +X% Throw Damage. Stacks 3x."
