这种误封就没办法解封了？

有没有哪个像我这种情况被误封的？Your account was banned for the use of 3rd party software that is designed for the sole purpose of cheating the game. This is a direct violation of the EULA you agreed to when your account was created:

 

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS You agree that you will not, under any circumstances: f. use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software, tools or content designed to modify the Software, the Service or the Game experience;

As such, the ban will remain in place on your account and there are no further options for you to appeal against this decision.
