Mastery rank up 7 bugged

I begin my test with a quite a long loading time after that there usually a short cutscene showing the layout of the test but mine didn't show that cutscene. The level was empty, no enemy spawn , i tried jumping off the cliff, changing warframes and weapons, nothing change. I tried playing the practice mode, everything was working fine and the loading time was very quick. Tried practice mode 4 times it all work, hop into the real test still bug.
