Broken animation, shooting, and warframe abilities (Io Defense - Jupiter)

Halfway through the mission I encountered problems with my controls. In the beginning, I couldn't sprint and my warframe had this weird animation glitch. After pressing ESC in hopes that it would fix it, it instead become worse to the point that I couldn't even shot or use my warframe abilities (which I could before). This is what it looked like after I tried pressing ESC after the bug initial started: 

Throughout this clip I tried shooting and using my abilities to no avail. My movement was not really restricted, but my warframe wouldn't follow with the directions I was looking at.

I will be submitting an EE log file in a ticket in addition to this post.
