Health Orbs Pick ups not spawning or fail to spawn in Lootcrates and after kills etc

There is a major bug with The Health Orbs not spawning or failing to spawn in lockers crates, loot drops and after enemies are killed it is very similar to The Mass Effect Legendary Edition Thermal Clip Bug in Mass Effect 2.

This is happening again, but during all railjack missions. Both energy and health orbs fail to spawn into the game and also in lockers and other loot crates etc.
