Mars Junction Unable to Interact with Terminal After Defeating Loki Enemy

First off, this is on PS5, not on a PS4 console (in case that matters).

I've been playing Lavos, and I wanted to beat the Mars Junction. I had all the requirements, started the fight, and selected an element to buff my next ability (I think it was fire or poison). I used my dash ability to fly right into him, and he disappeared. I'm pretty sure I just killed him outright. Anyway, the green indicator told me to go back where I came from. Not remembering how these things worked, I went back and just got teleported back to the entrance. I couldn't leave this room. So I go to the terminal to see if I can interact with it. Nothing. So I left and returned, and tried again, with no dash ability this time. I pretty much instant-killed him with my first ability (lashing out with snakes), and tried again. Nothing. Tried another run only using my primary assault rifle. Still can't. I really want to progress, please fix this bug.
