With enemy radar related mods installed to have an easier time spotting it happen.

Enemies spawning in front of you or at your back, the player with just less than 15 meters apart from you. Unpredictable. Every single time.

Some times, it's less than 6 meters. That is just ridiculous. 

Now I know where all the sudden aggro came from during stealth Adaro. It's the bad spawning system this game operates on.

Thx DE, really appreciated the unpleasant surprise almost always ruining my runs.
