This happens in other missions too, void flood etc. I think I know the cause. It seems to be when you're running a certain mission over and over and you enter the mission, and while you're in it, the bounties for Quinn change. Because when I get a mission failed just abruptly like that, i think every time I immediately go back to Quinn to reselect it, the bounties have changed. If you fail to complete the missions within 6 minutes, your mission will automatically fail as you failed to complete one of the objectives.
