Settings reset when loging in

Since like 3 days from me writing this post, i have been having this problem where ill boot up the game, play for a while, turn the console off to go eat or whatever, come back in like no more than 5 hours, boot up and see that all the settings are reset, except its not all of them always.
Sometimes its just the FOV that gets reset, sometimes just chat settings, sometimes all of them.
