My remaning storage of 108GB jumped to 75GB and then the game downloaded from 75GB as if the other GBs didn't exsist. That happened when I tried downloading warframe from steam. This also happens with the Epic Games Launcher and I don't know why. Maybe a weird bug that need to be patched or is there something wrong with my computer? Nekomian Posted April 19, 2023 Share Posted April 19, 2023 Steam (and many other game management applications) allocates space for the games prior to download, so it may immediately show up as "used" even though it's still downloading. It's completely intended, and it does this so that the app is not suddenly surprised if it does disk space checks when starting the download and then suddenly has no space to continue downloading partway through.
