Tried to go through portal in Duviri, got stuck in an endless loop

I was going through a portal to the undercroft, when it teleported me under the map. I tried using /unstuck command and it did nothing. I'm just falling infinitely. It also won't let me use my menu properly to leave the mission. Here is a video of it.
