Movement Sensitivity issues after restart on Xbox One

Character movement sensitivity, or what feels like it, seems to be heightened or off when I start up the game on Xbox One. It seems a little random as it only happens sometimes, but it's pronounced enough that it's very difficult to play the game.  I often have to quit and restart repeatedly and hope the issue doesn't come up on the next restart. This has been happening for about 2 weeks (not sure what the exact start date or update was when I noticed it). Happens in both solo and matchmaking play and more often than not.
