Oberon’s prime 4th ability reckoning does not armor strip enemies and Oberon’s other ability like smite and hallowed grounds should be reworked to make them more useful and potent. To Digital Extreme my idea to improve Oberon is to make smite grant  additional radiation damage and status chance

and hallowed grounds should also have a slowing effect and be able to heal Allie’s that step on the hallowed grounds 

renewel should also have a 90% damage reduction or redirection 

and Oberon’s passive should include maximum radiation damage resistance and radiation status immunity and a 25% chance to instantly recover max health and Shields if Health falls below 50 points
